Hehe... It's been a while, but
I'm still alive. Just really busy with LIFE. At any
rate, there's a new film, my longest since The Tompa
City Menace. It's Pierre & Luigi, my entry for the
Brickfilms.com FAR competition. Picturesque is also
finally in the works. On a side note, the horizontal
navbar above is temporary until I can make something
that looks a little nicer.
-Nick
I
still haven't gotten to adding wallpapers or posters for anything, and
I'm beginning to think I may never get to it. Anyways, I've added my
sequel to Abduction, Abduction 2 (clever title, eh?), to the films page.
It was created for THAC 4, and next THAC I may do Abduction 3.
-Nick
Dark Apprentice, the SW trailer I may have mentioned before, has
been released. I haven't added wallpapers or anything for it yet, but
hopefully I'll get to it soon.
-Nick
When I said "a new film here shortly" I didn't think it'd be this
soon. Two updates in one day isn't a good sign, either. Anyways, my
THAC3 entry, Abduction, has been added to the films page. I've also
finally gotten around to creating wallpapers and images for The
Inventor, as well as a poster. Hopefully I'll add wallpapers and images
for my other two new films within the next week.
-Nick
Yeah, the site's got a new look again. See my update on the main
site for more details. Regarding updates here, I still haven't added
wallpapers for my latest two films, or done much anything really. I did
up date the History and Filmography pages, though, and a new film will
be here shortly.
-Nick
I have now more
than doubled my total number of films this year, with my latest, Star
Wars: The Exiguous Eschewal. It's an entry for the LEGO Star Wars
Moviemaking Challenge. As for my SW Trailer, that will be here within
another month or two. I was hoping to have it done by now, but various
events have delayed its production, including the making of a THAC film,
which will be here soon.
-Nick
My IDEA entry his here, finally, after two deadline extensions! I
haven't added any wallpapers for it yet, but I will soon. Also, the LEGO
Company announced the rules for their Star Wars movie contest, and it
looks as though my trailer won't qualify. I'll still be making it, but
it'll be out later than I expected because I will be entering LEGO's
contest.
-Nick
I'm not really sure what I'll be doing now. Picturesque probably won't
be a MoB entry, but I am planning on making it. The Inventor is pretty
much done, which is good news for me since I must now focus on making my
entry for the LEGO Star Wars Moviemaking Challenge. Long title, I'll
say. As for the update... well, there isn't much of an update. I've
fixed some noteworthy problems (such as this page saying "films" at the
top; I have no idea how that got there) and some not-so-noteworthy ones
as well. I also added two articles to the "How To" page, both of which
were originally written for the Brickfilms.com encyclopedia.
-Nick
Brickfilms.com has recently announced their latest contest, IDEA, which
I will be entering. The deadline is sometime in early June, so I'll have
to hurry to get my film done, since I am very slow. Once I'm done with
it, I'll have to hurry even more to finish Picturesque on time. You may
think I have a long time to finish it (the deadline for MOB is December
30th), but the script is near 30 pages, which means the film itself will
be around 30 minutes. The Tompa City Menace (around 15 minutes long)
took 3 months to complete; Picturesque (if it's 30 minutes) would then
take at least six months, maybe more. It'll be tight.

An update!! At last!! |
I can't believe it! Can you???!?!!?? I have finally updated this site!
Well, anyways, this is a big update (you'd expect so, after more than 3
months). Firstly, I've added my latest and longest film to the Films
page, the Tompa City Menace. It's 14 minutes long, making it 7 minutes,
30 seconds longer than what was previously my longest film, the Man with
the Top Hat. As with before, I've added 3 wallpapers and images to the
Gallery for my new film. Another big change is the addition of 4 new
pages which can be accessed from a navbar on the left side of the Films
page. Lastly, I added a section in the About Us page telling how I got
interested in Brickfilming. As for my next film, it will likely be
Picturesque, an entry for the Masterpiece of Brickfilming Film Festival,
and will be here on December 26th.

More of everything |
My entry for the
www.brickfilms.com
Fame, Infamy, and Glory Competition has been added to the films page. It
got sixth place in the contest, and it is technically my first film.
What bugs me is that I know I could have made a much better film. It's
too late now, though... Next year, maybe. Also, on the Films page, I've
added a poster for a new SDS Studios production, Picturesque. The poster
says it'll be out in fall this year, but it'll probably be later, since
I might take a break and do something else, shorter.
-Nick
Capastroid, the film I've been mentioning in the previous updates, it
here. Go check it out on the films page. I've also added four more
wallpapers to the gallery, two for my Battle of the Heroes montage clip
and two for Capastroid.

Another montage clip |
The new film I mentioned in the previous update will be here within a
week, but for now I've added another montage clip to the Films page. I
hope you like it.

My first film is here |
Yes, my first film is available for downloading on the Films page...
And yes, it's only thirteen seconds long, but the animation and visual
effects (in my opinion), more than make up for it. Also, I'm working on
a new film, which will be 4-5 minutes long, and should be here sometime
in late July.
